This is a website about the activities of the Taiwanese-Canadian community in Montreal, Canada. Its purpose is to cultivate friendship and communication among members of the community and to promote awareness of events in the city that relate to Taiwanese culture and customs. To help New immigrats in Canada's cultural, geographical environment, in order to facilitate a comfortable living in Canada, to integrate into society; to feedback and contribute to Canada's national culture and fine living in Canada.
Ce site contient des renseignements sur les activites de la communaute d'origine taiwanaise de Montreal, Canada. Son objectif est de promouvoir l'amitie et la communication parmi les membres de la communaute et les evenements dans la ville qui concernent la culture et les coutumes taiwanaises.

國際蘭馨交流協會 Soroptimst  International) 每四年舉辦一次的世界年會於本（2011）年7月10-14日在加拿大夢翠鷗(Montreal) 舉行，共有來自世界各地一百五十多個國家代表參與。
代表中華民國的國際蘭馨交流協會台灣專區 (Soroptimst International of Taiwan Region)亦派代表團專程前來參加。該團一行十人由總監陳程錦雲女士率領，穿著台灣人設計的金色制服，於7月10日抵達蒙特婁Palais des Congres de Montreal的世界年會開幕會場時，立刻引起全場注目及歡迎友好的掌聲，與會各國代表一千五百多人紛紛要求與該團合影留念，著實為台灣做了一次成功的外交；也為台灣又一次創造知名度。開會期間並上台展示我國旗，主辦單位支持並合影宣傳。
 國際蘭馨交流協會的成立宗旨是女人幫助女人(Best for Women)關懷弱勢、防止女性受暴，這個組織已有九十幾年歷史，成員清一色女性，在全世界有一百多個國家參加；是聯合國(NGO)非政府組織最高婦女社團。我國於1992年2月間分別在台北、台中、高雄成立三個分會，於1995年統一名稱為國際蘭馨交流協會中華民國總會，直接隸屬美洲聯盟(Soroptimist International of the Americas,簡稱SIA) 。並於同一年成立台灣專區(Soroptimist International of Taiwan Region)，有自己的總監(Governor)，創會總監為蔡鈴蘭女士。並陸續成立各地分會，到目前為止已有25個分會。
此次代表團是由台灣專區2011-2012年度總監陳程錦雲女士所帶領，團員包括前總監傅美智女士、秘書長陳素楨、副財務長簡陳月嬌、台北市分會長陳淑真、新竹縣會長呂銀霞、台南市會前會長蔡璧朱、高雄市舒堤會創會會長吳芳美、公關主委楊招兒、執行秘書賴嘉雯等十人。
